Kick off meeting in Brussels: towards new ways for CO2 capture

On the 24th and 25th of January 2018, the consortium of the Genesis project met for its kick off in Brussels. The consortium could count on the presence of the project officer of the European Commission in order to present mutual objectives and establish a good internal communication. Then, the coordinator team introduced the project in general followed by individual partners presentations. Finally, partners discussed the different administrative but especially technical and scientific aspects and challenges of the project. This will be key in the success of the project as the technologies need to upscale CO2 capture technologies in real industrial environments. Stay tuned!
